John Stevenson has worked with some of the most powerful names in the hospitality industry during his twenty-year career, showcasing a fine dining background (Marcel’s) that shifted into high volume luxury (The Pierre Hotel, 583 Park Avenue, Guastavinos) and most recently to the forefront of modern taste and comfort, (Soho House, Hoxton Hotels, Sydell Group).


John brings the technical and management skills necessary to build and operate any hospitality operation.


John is a recipient of NY Crain’s 40 Under 40, and has been written about in the Wall Street Journal, (Tavern on the Green), New York Times, (Russ & Daughters Café) Vanity Fair, (583 Park Avenue) The Guardian (The Ned Hotel) and has appeared on ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC and Martha Stewart Radio.
